What we’ve been doing
Risk - The team have had some challenges with calculations in Risk due to the sheer volume of the data. A solution has been found to calculations missing out periods which will go out with this release. They are now making great progress on work to add Organisation Risk events. The areas covered will include:
- PCN's
- PCNs relating to scheduling as opposed to driver fault
- Earned Recognition
- Includes all the Earned Recognition driver KPI’s (Key Performance indicators)
- DCPC
- Looks at the amount of CPC training left to do for all your drivers
- Operator Licence
- OCRS where the company have gone to amber or red
- O Licence expired
- Excessive vehicles or trailers at an Operating Centre

Making Drivers Inactive Automatically
We are adding a feature to Tacho Settings that will allow a company to set a period, after which, if there is no new data, the driver will be made inactive. This will be available in the next couple of months
Compliance Reviews
Following feedback from customers, we are making some changes to the Compliance Reviews. The changes will include updates to existing sections and changes to Pass/Fail criteria.
What are we releasing?
- We are releasing some changes to the Tacho Dashboards. Initially we have made improvements to the Infringement Overview, Combined Dashboard and Roaming Driver Dashboard:

- We have added an option to exclude vehicles off road from the vehicle upload dashboard
- The repeat Infringement dashboard now has static colours to make it easier to compare results:

- The Calibration report now includes a column to show the speed limiter speed:

Issues rectified
- We have updated the “Exclude drivers from working time infringements” section. This will now exclude drivers with the setting switched on from being analysed against working time rules from the date on which the switch was set to on.
