What we’ve been doing

​​​​​​​Risk -The team now have the new Operator Licence feature out for Alpha testing i.e. checking it from end to end to ensure it meets requirements. Once we have addressed any issues, we will be releasing this to live. If you would like to learn more about the feature in readiness for its release details can be found here

As a reminder the Risk team continues working on Organisation events for Risk which will include:

• Company related PCN's
• DCPC training remaining
• Driver KPI's for Earned Recognition
• Operator Licencing including:
  • Expired Licence
  • CPC refresher training not taken place
  • Excessive vehicles at Operating Centre
  • Excessive trailers at Operating Centre

Work on Tachograph Dashboards

Our Dashboard team are doing some work on the Tachograph Dashboards starting with the Infringement Overview. The changes will make the screens more intuitive allowing export of tables in a better format as well as showing yearly trends. More information will follow:

What are we releasing?

Driver Gate Exit Check Dashboard- We have made some changes to the Gate Exit dashboard that displays results from our Vehicle Inspections services check. The changes will include benchmarking:

And will show average defects and number of inspections carried out per driver:

Issues Resolved

• When a vehicle is made inactive and then changed to Return to Lender the odometer readings were continuing to show during the inactive period causing large odometer discrepancies. This has now been resolved.
• The name of the person debriefing a driver was unreadable on the Debrief report. This has now been rectified.
• The detailed speed report on the standard Manage My Fleet page was occasionally duplicating lines. This has now been resolved. It is worth noting that the detailed speed report is available in both PDF and Excel in the new Manage my Fleet pages.
• There was a mis-match in the last known activity on the Vision reports and the Self Service reports for the Vehicle Upload reports which now been resolved.
• On the new Manage my Fleet pages, when trying to move a vehicle to a new location, closed locations were showing, these have now been removed.
• On the Earned Recognition dashboard, Period 1 running from 30/12/2024- 26/01/2025 was not populating. This has been resolved
