New self-service reporting screen

We will shortly be releasing a new look self- service reporting screen in Vision. The new screen works in a similar way to the existing screen giving you options to:

• Download your Vision reports at your own convenience for the time frames and with the parameters you choose.
• Descriptions of what the report shows
• Search tool to help you find specific reports
• Display of the most recently run reports

In addition, the new screen includes the following:

• Gives location access to users based on the locations allocated to them through User management in Vision self admin

• A new location selector which shows only the locations or location groups that the user has access to.
• A facility to run your report in the background to download from the self-service home page later that day.

Access to the screen hasn’t changed and it will continue to be available to anyone who currently can run their own reports:
