Changes to Vision and Licence Bureau integration

The integration between Vision and Licence Bureau has remained largely unchanged since it was implemented in April 2016. In addition, with TTC’s acquisition of Licence Bureau in March 2020, the Logistics UK development team have now linked the integration with TTC’s Continuum webservice. We are contacting you to advise you of some important changes to your account.
Vison will no longer store your user details, instead all you need to have setup is an account in both systems. Your email address must be the same for both Vision and TTC (formerly Licence Bureau). This will allow users to navigate between Vision and TTC to view alert details and driver/employee records.
The underlying functionality has remained the same, but we have taken the opportunity to update the look and feel of the alerts and the profile screen. These now display within the Vision Self admin URL’s if these need to unblocked by your IT team (https://visionselfadmin.fta.co.uk).

This example shows what users can see in the driver profile. There are 4 tabs in this screen which show the Details, Endorsements, Licence Categories and any Alerts/Tasks for the driver from Licence Bureau.

Finally, users will see the Licence icon in Manage My Drivers if they have a login with Licence Bureau and the drivers are core drivers and are included in their user permissions for the Licence Bureau portal:
