What we’ve been doing
The development teams are extremely busy creating some exciting new features. Have a look at what we have been up to!
Licence Checking- We are excited to announce that at the end of May we will be launching our very own licence checking service. The feature benefits from:
- Onboarding and licence check results fully integrated in Vision.
- Automatic email and monitoring of driver licence declaration forms.
- Configuration of all licence checking alerts.
- Its own licence hub page gives you one place to manage your checks.
- Independent user set up.
- Ability to purchase checking credits through Vision.

Risk – We will be releasing our brand- new Risk feature at the end of May. It benefits from:
- Analysis of performance of Asset, Employee and Organisation across multiple areas
- Full configuration of all event scoring
- Instant view of Risk scores and trends
- Amalgamation of results from a variety of Vision features
- Display of Risk trends

To support Risk, we will also be releasing a Collision feature, available to all and will allow you to add each event to Vision:

Compliance Reviews
We continue making changes to our Compliance Reviews following feedback from our customers. We have updated categories to reflect changes in pass/fail criteria as well as adding in a few new areas. More to follow towards the end of April.

What are we releasing?
We have updated the Drivers App to include events in the drivers’ hours section:

Dashboards- In addition to the new benchmarking tools, on the infringement dashboards we have also added in the “Quick select” date range and hierarchy function:

Setting to automatically set drivers to inactive – This new setting can be found in Account Management, Tacho Settings:

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the setting and apply your preferences:

In the example above, all drivers on the account would only be made inactive if there had been no new data added to Vision for 4 months.
Driver Card Expiry report- The parameters for this report have been updated to fall in line with other reports:

Calibration report- This now includes tachograph types:

Defaults on Dashboards- the default setting has now been fixed on the dashboard; you can now personalise your view.

Addition of Email Address to drivers’ profile: In preparation for the introduction of the licence checking feature we have added an email field to the driver profile. This is also included in the driver extract report:
