Earned Recognition- New Dashboard 2026

Our Earned Recognition (ER) calculations and dashboard have been moved to a newer, more secure platform.

The updates will allow you to see your ER results for:

• Driver KPI’s– when you use Vision for Drivers hours analysis
• Maintenance KPI’s– when you take the Fleet and Checks features in Vision
• Both Dashboards can be enabled for your account without the data being sent to DVSA
• Vision is an accredited supplier for Driver KPI’s

How it works

To access the ER Dashboard go to the dashboard’s icon on the left hand side of the screen and select Earned Recognition:

If you have both Maintenance and Driver KPI’s enabled, you will see both tabs at the top of the page:

Both Dashboards work in a similar way

If you have been accepted for the ER scheme, the blue banner at the top of the page will tell you when the current and last submissions to DVSA took place:

Otherwise, it will simply highlight that no data is being submitted to DVSA

You can amend the date range shown on the table by using the calendar at the top of the table where you will also find the key and details of what raises an alert:

The settings option allows you to swap the dashboard to show the recent periods to the left of the screen:

• The blue columns are the periods that have not yet been closed so changes such as amending shifts over 20 hours can still affect your results
• Green columns show that those periods that could still be included in an alert
• Columns shown in red highlight where an alert has been triggered

Clicking any of the cells will show which drivers have contributed to the KPI exceeding zero in the case of driver KPI’s or less than 100% in the case of maintenance KPI’s

You can change the period or KPI you want to view by using the filters on the top of the page:

The alerts section at the bottom of the page highlights where an alert has been triggered and what information would have been sent to DVSA if you were on the scheme or what has been sent if you are on it:
