What We’ve Been Doing

Driver Assessments

This brand-new feature, in conjunction with E Training World enables the distribution and monitoring of online hazard perception courses to your drivers. The results of the training are returned and displayed in Vision highlighting results over 4 areas:

• Hazard Perception Risk
• Attitude Risk
• Knowledge Risk
• Observation Risk

Only drivers with access to the Vision App can receive courses, BUT they can be viewed either by email link or simply on their app. To register your interest, click here or call 03717 112222

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)- 

This feature is now available in the Account settings section of Vision. We strongly recommend that it is used to ensure your data is kept as secure as possible. We will be forcing all companies to enable MFA on their account by January 2027. Full details can be found here

Reviews

Our reviews section is progressing well. As a reminder, this feature will allow companies to collate and schedule reviews with employees around areas that pre-exist in Vision

Work over the last month includes:

• Introduction of a variety of sign off methods
• Background work in adding Reviews to the Vision App
• Development of Review to include medical declarations
• Additional preferences to users to allow them to see sensitive data in Vision

Employee reviews will initially include:

• Profile updates to include working at another company
• Medical reviews

Earned Recognition

Don’t forget, for those of you using the Vision Fleet feature, you will soon be able to measure your performance against the DVSA Earned Recognition KPI’s. Drivers Hours KPI’s will continue to be measured for those using tachograph analysis albeit with a new look:

Updates to Vision

Grey Fleets Checks

We have added in an additional measure on the Grey Fleet declaration. Drivers will be asked to confirm the type of insurance needed for them to use their vehicle for business purposes to ensure that they are legal to drive:

Old style bulk uploads– we have reintroduced the help guide and template until each of the uploads is replaced:

Working time Weekly Average report– The report has been updated to show grey where there is no data, amber when the driver is 30 mins or less below the 48 hrs average and red where the weekly average exceeds 48 hrs:

User Management- We have made some updates to this page. Additional permissions have been added that will allow a user to view sensitive data such as medical or licence details. You will also be able add users to licence checking in the same place:
