What we’ve been doing

The development teams have successfully completed two major developments that will be released towards the beginning of June.

Licence Checking- The feature benefits from:

• Direct link with DVLA API- no use of other third parties
• Onboarding and licence check results fully integrated in Vision.
• Automatic email and monitoring of driver licence declaration forms.
• Configuration of all licence checking alerts.
• A Licence hub within Vision giving you one place to manage your checks.
• Independent user set up.
• Ability to purchase checking credits through Vision.

Compliance Reviews

Companies who have regular Compliance reviews will soon be seeing some improvements to the reviews following customer feedback. These will include:

• Removal of Pass/Fail criteria on some sections of the review ensuring the overall result is fair
• Updates to the Working time pages
• New rules on effective debriefing allowing you to measure if the debrief took place in a timely manner.
• Improved views of Upload pages
• Removal of double manned days from lead in and lead out results

What are we releasing?

New Debrief Report- We have added a new report that highlights where a driver has been debriefed too soon, i.e. before the next days activity has been uploaded. This can make a difference to an infringement length so it is always better to wait until all the information is available. This report will be under the Debrief Reports:

Roaming drivers- where the feature to create Roaming drivers is used, the functionality to make them automatically inactive following a period of them being away with no new data is now available:
