Public services update

Focussing on public services, in this briefing the Member Advice Centre will discuss relevant legislation changes regarding the use of electric vehicles, and other guidance that affects this sector. Subjects include door-to-door household waste collection vehicles, with reference to garden waste and bulky waste collections, using tachographs on GB domestic drivers’ hours rules, Section 19/22 permits and much more.

Whether it is using an agricultural tractor to move mowing machines in trailers, driving school minibuses or refuse vehicles, if you operate vehicles in the public sector then this briefing is a must for you!

Logistics UK's Member Advice Centre are taking to the road in a series of free face to face member briefings across the UK.  They will provide a compliance update on road logistics industry legislation and good practice, with topics including brake testing, GSR and driver walk around checks.
