Vision can now be used to import and update Fleet information for existing and new vehicles regardless of whether they have tachograph data uploaded for analysis by FTA
The import page has been updated so that you can import of documents and templates as well as driver card and VU files
The Manage my vehicles page has been updated, redesigned and renamed Manage my fleet (MMF)
As Vision begins to incorporate more services it has become essential to be able to add employees that do not have drivers hours’ analysis carried out by FTA
DVSA highlight that companies must be able to give an explanation where there is a mileage discrepancy when either an analogue chart or a driver card is not inserted when a vehicle has been driven
This feature has been designed to give you more control of new driver card uploads or new vehicle uploads.
It is now possible to view your individual vehicle inspections within Vision
It is now possible to view penalty charge notices (PCN’s) within Vision.
Vision now includes a training profile for all drivers that currently exist on Vision.
The import page has been updated for customers that have the Holding area enabled
You can use the "Forgotten Password" link below (to set up a login) if you're logging in for the first time, or if you already a login and have just forgotten your password.
As long as your company is a member, and we have a record of your email address, then you should be able to reset/update your password, or create a login for yourself, using that "Forgotten Password" link.
