Release to Vision Thursday August 6th 2026
What We’ve Been Doing
Reviews
Work has begun creating the new reviews feature in Vision. In time it will replace the debrief module and give those that take the feature greater flexibility to create and schedule reviews on areas such as the driver’s profile, medical conditions, Risk, Driver Assessments and going any other area in Vision that it would be deemed necessary to schedule a conversation with an employee. Included in this development will be an enhancement to user permissions to specify those that are able to view sensitive information. More information will follow:

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)-
As mentioned in our last release notes, MFA is now available in the Account settings section of Vision. This can be enabled for your account, and we strongly recommend that it is used to ensure your data is kept as secure as possible. We will be forcing all companies to enable MFA by January 2027. Earned Recognition (ER)
We continue with internal testing of Earned Recognition in the new environment. We are very keen to hear from members using our Fleet product that would like to test the Maintenance KPI section of ER. If you are interested, please contact [email protected]

Movement of Drivers Hours and Introduction of Domestic PSV Rules
The arduous task of moving the Drivers hours engine to the employee microservice has begun. This should have little or no impact on you, the customer. We are also bringing in PSV domestic rules and the weekly rest postponement for PSV vehicles under EU rules when stopping in EU countries. We will keep you informed as these hours become available.
Updates to Vision
Grey Fleet updates– It is possible to have 2 types of Grey Fleet driver, those that use vehicles for business where the company has contributed to their cost, and those who use their personal vehicles for company business.
We have added an extra step to the onboarding process in Grey Fleet that allows the driver and the vehicle to be excluded from the business policy checks. They will however still have checks carried out on their licence, insurance vehicle tax and MOT. For Full details on Grey Fleet Checks click here

Licence Checking alerts– All Licence Checking alerts have been updated to include active and dismissed sections, as well as including a report:

In addition, bulk import of asset locations has been added. This will allow users to make bulk changes of existing asset locations from one location to another:

A further enhancement is to show on the first screen the fields that can be included on the import, it will also highlight those fields that are essential.

Self Service Vehicle reports- Changes have been made to the reports to ensure more uniformity
As well as existing parameters, where relevant, they will also include:
-
- Asset Type (and subtype where set)
- Vehicle Type
- Include VOR
Columns on the reports are standardised to include:
- Location
- Reg
- Fleet Number
- Status
- Ownership
