Logistics UK appoints new Finance Director

Logistics UK has today (21 June 2023) announced the appointment of Carmel Mulvey as the business group’s new Finance Director. With over 25 years of senior finance experience across a broad range of sectors, Ms Mulvey brings a wealth of experience to the role. 

Logistics UK’s Chief Executive, David Wells, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Carmel Mulvey to Logistics UK. Having most recently worked as the Finance Director at a privately owned global manufacturing business in Kent, we are confident that Ms Mulvey’s experience not only as a Financial Director, but also gained from her work in industry, will continue to strengthen our existing, knowledgeable finance team.” 

Speaking on her appointment, Ms Mulvey comments: “I am excited to be joining Logistics UK. As a well-respected business organisation with over 20,000 members, I look forward to leading the finance teams as we continue to achieve greater efficiencies to accomplish even more for our members.”
