Whilst the Government recently announced a no-FTA scenario is now likely, the door to last minute negotiations between the UK and the EU has not been entirely shut. Some areas remain subject to significant uncertainty as long as the negotiations are not completely over, while in other areas many actions can already be taken now regardless of the negotiation outcome.
