Sponsorship Opportunities
To give you the chance to make your presence known, we are offering a range of sponsorship opportunities that can be used to brand yourselves around the event. All sponsors will be covered in the show guide and website.
There are opportunities available to suit all budgets including:
Speaking slot - from £3,500
This gives you the chance to be part of one of our many speaking slots.
Packages start with branding on the presentation top and tail slides, and distributing on-seat literature before the presentation. You will also have your branding associated with the presentation in pre and post event publicity.
We also have opportunities to feature specific innovations or developments you are bringing to the market subject to editorial criteria and relevance.
It is possible to sponsor a complete presentation, which includes providing content, again subject to strict editorial guidelines.
VIP & Press Lounges - £3,000
We have two exclusive lounges – one for the press, the other for VIPs and speakers. You can sponsor either of these and in return you will benefit from:
- Exclusive access to the theatre
- Unrivalled opportunities to meet and engage with the visitors
- Full branding of the space
- Ability to share literature and promotional materiel
- Provide a goodie bag for visitors
Breakfast - £2,500
We’re offering our delegates free refreshments throughout the day starting with coffee and pastries, which will be available in branded bags with your logo and contact details.
Hot drinks - £2,500
We’re expecting to get through a lot of teas and coffees, and will be producing environmentally friendly 100% recyclable cups specifically for that purpose. These cups can be branded with your logo and contact details.
Lunch - £5,000
We are providing every delegate with a pre-packed lunch that comes in a dedicated recyclable bag that can be branded with your logo and contact details – ideal to drive them to your stand! If you fancy seeing your company name right in front of the delegates’ eyes as they enjoy a filling lunch, then this is the right opportunity for you!
Lanyards - £2,500
Research shows that lanyards are the ultimate take home from events – well over half the delegates will not take them off until they get home, and then they often lie around for ages before being disposed. We’ve seen them turning up around people’s necks months later, so this is a great opportunity to make a lasting impression.
Banners - £500
We have over 20 banner sites around the exhibition venue, and you don’t even need to bring along your own 4x2 metre banner, because all you need to do is to provide us with the artwork or imagery and text, and we’ll get it made up for you and happily put it up on the wall. We can even send it out to you after the event so you can re-use it in the future!
Display advertisements - £250
Around the Warwickshire Event Centre there are several points where we can put up A3 posters – some are very strategically placed to guarantee visibility, all you need to do is give us the artwork and we’ll get the ad produced and mounted.
Car Park - £1,500
The Warwickshire Event Centre has room to park over 2,000 cars, with just a single pedestrian access to the exhibition hall, making this an amazing location to park a very large advertising hoarding, such as a 40’ trailer promoting your business, or indeed any other combination of banners and signage that you might like to discuss
