Who will be the next Traffic Commissioner for Wales?

As Senior Traffic Commissioner Kevin Rooney shared in an interview given to Logistics Magazine last week, the right person will have a good grasp of the law, capable of applying that to public inquiries, and demonstrate empathy towards operators who are being investigated.

He added that the preferred candidate will have an industry background and a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to help operators become compliant in Wales.
