Logistics UK’s AGM taking place on 10 June
Logistics UK’s Annual General Meeting is taking place on Wednesday 10 June at 9:00, 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5ED.
The purpose of the AGM is to receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2025, including the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors and Auditor, and to reappoint Moore Kingston Smith LLP as Auditors and authorise the Directors to determine their renumeration.
Any other business will be admitted by the Chairman. The draft Articles of Association and current articles are available to download from the Logistics UK website at: logistics.org.uk/membership-policies
