What are we working on?

Fleet

Great progress is being made on the new Fleet feature which will give users the opportunity to create and manage Fleet events through Vision. Fleet will allow you to schedule events and manage their completion including uploads of any relevant supporting documents. We will be sharing lots more information with you about this feature over the coming weeks with release scheduled for early next year.

Licence Check- Grey Fleet

The team are aiming to complete this additional feature to Licence Checking which allows you to set up your grey fleet requirements as well as checking results for:

• MOT
• Insurance
• Tax

Grey Fleets Check results and onboarding are shown in its own hub and have their own alerts making it easy to identify issues:

What are we releasing?

Update to Manage my Operator Licence

We have now added the option to add Northern Ireland Licences and operating centres to this feature:

Updates to Checks

We have made some improvements to our new Checks feature that include:

• Option to hide the camera roll on defect questions so that pictures stored from previous checks on the driver’s phone can’t be used
• On templates created following this release there is an option to make the vehicle off road if a defect is found on that question:

• When a new template is created a warning notice will warn that changes may not comply with DVSA requirements as can be seen above.
• When a defect is found on a previous check, this will be highlighted to the driver on the next check.
• Random images will be deleted from the system after 90 days and images captured to highlight defects will be removed after 15 months.

Fleet Settings and Sub-Types

Vision now has a fleet set up feature that allows those with the Company Admin or Primary contact to:

• Remove certain asset types from displaying in the vehicle profile
• Adding certain sub types to assets for more accurate reporting

In addition, we have updated various reports and Checks to include these asset subtypes. For more information click here

Issues Resolved

Driver Debrief

Issues where drivers were receiving emails to remind them to sign off their debriefs have now been resolved. The problem arose as the drivers concerned initially had the debrief sent to their app, but the reminder was sent as a mail link. We have now updated the system so that drivers can sign these off either via the app or the email.

Reports

Issues reported highlighting that the headers were being cut off on reports has now been resolved.
