Release to Vision 14th August 2025
New features
What are the Developers Working on?
Fleet
Work has started on a new feature in Vision that will allow those who take it the ability to manage their fleet events. More information will follow over the next few months, but for the moment this is a preview of one of the pages:

Check
Stage 1 of Check is nearly ready to go. The new feature will allow you to use standard walkaround templates for HGV, LCV, PSV, Cars and Trailers. In addition you can modify these by adding or removing questions or create your own bespoke templates. Whilst initially these will be around assets, we are keen to incorporate employees into the checks so that ultimately you will be able to push out any check you want out to users on the Vision App:

New Driver App
Once work is completed on our new Check feature we will be able to release our brand new driver app which will still have all the existing features but in addition will include:
- Screen sign off for debriefs
- Any Checks created for the driver to complete
- Licence Check declaration

TireTask
We are building an integration with Tiretask software that monitors the condition of your Fleets tyres. The results will be incorporated in your Veicle Inspection reports:

Licence Checking- Phase 2
We have recently released some improvements to phase one of licence including extra security and some updates to make alerts more descriptive.
Work is progressing well to allow drivers to scan their licences through the Vision App to complete their declaration.

- Grey Fleet work continues at a pace. Included will be:
- Licence Checks
- MOT’s
- Insurance
- Tax
- Company policy for Grey Fleet

Don’t forget if you want a demonstration of any of our up and coming new features please contact [email protected] or call 03717112222
What are we releasing?
Statutory Holiday Changes
We have made some changes to allow more flexibility when adding holidays to a driver where the account has the “Calculate Statutory holiday” feature set:

In the past, the first 20 holidays added to a drivers’ records would automatically be assigned as Statutory holiday. We have made a change that will now allow you to choose to allocate the holiday as Extra Holiday even if there are still Statutory holidays available. This change will allow you to distribute holidays more effectively adding Extra holidays that have no notional working time attached to them, over busy periods and statutory holidays around the quieter times. New MMF page
The new MMF page has been improved to retain filters set for the duration of the log in. We appreciate that this has been frustrating, but perhaps with this update you might feel inclined to try it again?
Don’t forget that apart from a great new look, the new page benefits from configurable views and columns as well as the ability to assign journeys and drivers from the day detail pages:

Out of Scope Report
We have created a new report that pulls information from the vehicle unit data to highlight when a vehicle has been set to Out of scope. This helps those companies who have drivers out of scope of EU rules to understand if the drivers are using the setting correctly:

Removal of D Codes from Earned Recognition
In response to a request from DVSA the following D codes have been removed from Earned Recognition results in GFP band 2 going forward:
- D4 Power supply interruption
- D5 Motion data error
- D6 Security Breech Attempt
- D7 Card Fault
- D8 Recording Equipment fault
The results have only been removed from Earned Recognition. They will still show against the drivers on Vision.
