Just launched: The Generation Logistics Awards 2025

Designed to raise awareness of the next generation of professionals, the Awards are a unique opportunity to give those individuals the spotlight they deserve across social media and beyond. Furthermore, your nominations will provide valuable insights into the working lives of young professionals that can help Generation Logistics to inspire the NEW next generation!  

There are four categories to choose from:  

• Extra Mile: An early talent colleague that has gone above and beyond to have a positive impact
• Hidden Gem: An early talent colleague that works quietly but powerfully behind the scenes
• Trailblazer: An early talent colleague that stands out and sets new standards
• Talent Advocate: An experienced colleague that champions and advocates for early talent

We welcome both colleague nominations and self-nominations, and the Awards are open to those working in a sponsor company, partner company, or who are a member of a partner organisation, suuch as Logistics UK.

Nominations must consist of a 1,500 word supporting statement about why the nominee should receive the award chosen and a headshot, with optional supporting evidence.

The closing date for nominations is 18 July 2025.
