Cost and non-quantitative evaluation

Our budget modelling tool allows us to benchmark current warehouse cost against the alternative scenarios developed from the operational review. The cost inputs are a combination of market rates, and industry experience. Sensitivity analysis supports an evaluation of the most ‘valuable’ initiatives. Alternative operational scenarios are also evaluated for difficult to quantify factors including: ease of migration, operational risk, service impact, scalability and operational flexibility.

Manpower and MHE modelling

Using our proprietary modelling tools to benchmark current operations against alternative methods of storage, picking and handling. The service includes manual, mechanical and automated options. The model outputs provide a quantitative comparison of operational methods by hour and at task level, picks up the impact of hourly volume variations.
