What are Vision's features?

Driver compliance and monitoring

Tachograph Analysis

Vision displays all the analysis results for our Tachograph Services, analysing over 20 million analogue and digital records each year. It also displays detailed views of tachograph-related activities and infringements on easy-to-use widgets, dashboards and reports.

Licence Checking 

TTC's Continuum platform is integrated with Vision. Users that subscribe to this service will be able to display all driving licence and DQC results as well receive automated alerts to help you react more quckly to compliance issues.

Vehicle compliance management

Vehicle Inspections Services

Vehicle inspection reports can be uploaded to Vision, making it easy to identify defect trends at a glance. Vision alerts will highlight any defects found and offer the feature to sign off on defects once they have been rectified.

 

Walkaround Checks

Vision users are able to perform walkaround checks and log their findings; users will be able to see which locations have the highest defects as well as what the most common defect type is. This feature is also available on the Vision app.

Penalty and risk management

Penalty Charge Notice Administration

Vision offers a “front end” to our Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Administration service where the progress of each PCN can be monitored. Features include a dashboard which shows PCN hotspots as well as an overview of all PCN’s incurred and their costs.pcn.png

Audits & Reviews

Vision shows results for audits carried out by our team of specialists. Completed audits are stored in the audits and inspection library and results are displayed in the audit dashboard.

Risk Management 

Based on the data you provide, Vision analyses your employee, asset and organisational information and calculates a 'score', allowing you to manage and minimise risk.

Training and development

Training and Driver CPC

Vision allows users to add and monitor drivers' training and CPC hours for courses carried out by Logistics UK or third parties. The training tracker captures drivers CPC periods and allows you to see how much training your drivers have left to complete to keep them compliant with DCPC requirements.
