Logistics UK's Digital Transformation in Logistics conference returns this month

Logistics UK’s Digital Transformation in Logistics conference, now in its second year, takes place on Tuesday 22 October at The Studio in Birmingham, bringing together senior leaders, industry experts and distinguished speakers to explore the latest trends and strategies driving the future of logistics through innovation and digitalisation. With technology now playing an increasingly important role in business, and particularly in the movement of goods through the logistics industry, the event will form part of Birmingham Tech Week – the UK’s largest regional tech festival and conference. 

Digital Transformation in Logistics, sponsored by ABBYY, Solera Fleet Solutions and Unipart, will feature a plethora of expert speakers in the digital transformation field from a wide range of organisations including Amazon, the Railway Industry Association, Warwick University, Innovate UK, Women in Transport, Transport for West Midlands, Digital Catapult, Zenzic, XPO Logistics and many more. The keynote speaker will be Helene Dearn OBE, Director of Employment, Skills, Health and Communities at West Midlands Combined Authority, who will talk about the importance of logistics to the future of the region's economy, and the role that investing in people will play in delivering higher value jobs for the sector and West Midlands.
