Last chance to secure your place at Logistics UK's Future Logistics Conference

Thursday 04 May 2023

With just under a week to go until the return of Logistics UK’s not-to-be-missed Future Logistics Conference, the business group is encouraging anyone wishing to attend to sign up as soon as possible to reserve their spot and avoid disappointment. Taking place at ITT Hub - in Farnborough at the International Exhibition and Conference Centre - on the 10-11 May 2023, this conference will see some of the brightest minds in transport and innovation coming together.

Day one of the conference will include a keynote speech from theoretical physicist, author and broadcaster, Professor Jim Al-Khalili, as well as panel discussions with some of the most influential and knowledgeable professionals in the transport sector. Day two will welcome Minister of State for Decarbonisation and Technology, Jesse Norman MP, as its keynote speaker and the launch of Logistics UK’s 2023 Electric Vehicle (EV) Report.

Additional speakers across the two-day conference will include Deputy Director at the Department for Transport, Dr. Bob Moran; Senior Manager in Transport Decarbonisation at the National Grid, Russel Fowler; Director of Strategy & Innovation at Transport for London, Thomas Ableman and further industry experts.

Kevin Green, Director at Logistics UK, comments: “With less than a week to go, I urge all those involved in the transport industry to register their attendance as this is an event not to be missed. Following the enormous interest of previous inspirational keynote speakers, Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock and Major Tim Peake, we are thrilled to have secured academic mastermind Jim Al-Khalili and Jesse Norman MP as our keynotes. With industry set to revolutionise in its transition to net zero, the need for collaboration, learning and networking is more potent than ever.”

Free to attend, the Future Logistics Conference 2023 will be part of the third ITT Hub event at Farnborough International Conference and Exhibition Centre. Launched in 2021, ITT Hub 2023 is the UK’s most important transport technology event featuring an indoor and outdoor exhibition, brand-new Tech Talk Theatres on the show floor, ITT Connect - a new meeting programme, and the Cold Chain Hub, a co-located space on the chilled and refrigerated sector presented by TCS&D, alongside the Future Logistics Conference.
