Rising Star Awards 2025 - get your entries in!

New for 2025! The Rising Star category has been enhanced for 2025 and is designed to highlight the incredible talent, broad variety of roles and incredible employers within the logistics sector. There has never been a better time for you to nominate your peers and colleagues for this prestigious award.

The award  highlights the incredible talent, broad variety of roles and incredible young employees within the logistics sector. The initiative highlights individuals at the start of their careers in the sector who are making an impact in the world of logistics.

Information to include in the nomination:

  • Examples of your nominee going above and beyond their normal duties in order to tangibly benefit your business.
  • Examples of your nominee doing something which surprised their peers/bosses ie they were not expecting - which benefited the business.
  • Examples of your nominee using initiative to shine in their job.
  • Any personal difficulties they have had to overcome.
  • Specifically, why should your nominee win?

The award will shine a light on some of the best emerging talent in the industry with the publication of Logistics Magazine’s “Rising Stars 2025” supplement in September. The top five nominees, in the opinion of the judges, will be shortlisted to feature in the magazine and attend the Logistics Awards event at the Park Plaza, London on the evening of 11 December 2025 as the guests of the event sponsor.

One of these shortlisted individuals will receive the ultimate accolade of being named the industry’s overall “Rising Star” at the glittering event in December. Entries close early July 2025.

The top five nominees will also be featured in a future Generation Logistics article in Logistics magazine and featured in PR activity highlighting their achievements.

To nominate your rising star, please include details of what they have achieved in their career to date, including any significant projects which they have overseen, career progressions and roles undertaken, as well as testimonials from customers or colleagues. Why do you believe they are the industry’s Rising Star of the Year?
