RTX: Get connected

Networking opportunities don’t come any better than Road Transport Expo – the ideal opportunity to mingle with your peers and boost your business In case you hadn’t already heard the buzz, Road Transport Expo (RTX) will be back again this summer, with a bumper line-up of more than 300 exhibitors already confirmed – and more signing up daily.

Taking place at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire from 24-26 June, this event has grown to become the industry must-attend event of the year. With its ‘All about the truck’ ethos firmly embedded at its core, the show has been designed to meet the needs of HGV fleet operators and associated businesses.

If you’ve never been before, what truly sets RTX apart is its ability to bring together professionals from every corner of the road transport industry. Whether you’re looking to strengthen relationships with existing clients, explore potential partnerships, or simply exchange ideas with peers, then RTX is where those conversations happen.

“RTX has grown significantly since its launch in 2022 and has quickly become a must-attend event for everybody that works in the road transport sector,” says Vic Bunby, divisional director at CM publisher Road Transport Media.

“We are looking forward to welcoming visitors from across the entire industry.” He adds: “It’s a fantastic place to make connections and start those all-important business conversations that matter to your operation.”

Well-known companies attending this year include the likes of Arla Foods, Biffa Waste Services, Booker Group, Culina Group, DHL, DPD, GXO, John Lewis Partnership, M&S, Royal Mail, Tesco, Travis Perkins, , Wincanton, Yodel, and many more.

These organisations represent a cross-section of the industry, from retail and logistics giants, to waste management and construction specialists. Engaging with such a diverse range of businesses provides a unique opportunity to gain fresh perspectives and identify collaborative opportunities that can drive real business growth.

For many, RTX is more than just an industry event – it’s a chance to step away from the day-today and engage with colleagues and competitors who are grappling with similar operational challenges. Whether you’re discussing fleet decarbonisation strategies with sustainability experts, exploring new supply chain solutions with logistics leaders, or brainstorming operational improvements with fellow fleet managers, RTX is where ideas turn into action.

The showground’s informal, yet professional atmosphere will have plenty of seating areas and catering outlets located around the venue, including the popular Inn on the Green, where you can relax with your peers in the British summertime.

Exhibitors also pull out all the stops when it comes to stand hospitality at RTX, so you can be sure of a warm welcome around the site. With such a high-calibre attendee list already confirmed, can you afford to miss out?
