Our service is free of charge and operates on weekdays for some health board areas and across Wales from 7pm on Friday evening until midnight on Monday morning including bank holidays & even Christmas Day!
Far and Wide - All Across Wales
We work with six NHS trusts in Wales: Swansea Bay University Health Board (Swansea), Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (Merthyr Tydfil, Llantrisant), Hywel Dda (Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire), Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (Newport, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire), Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (Wrexham and Bangor) and Powys Teaching Health Board (Ceredigion, Newport, Swansea).

Blood Bikes Wales is a member of the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes which shares our quest to provide a reliable, free, high quality service to health trusts throughout the country.

Our team at Blood Bikes Wales are all volunteers. We have no paid employees. Our massive team aims to use their skills, time and enthusiasm to help the Health Service in Wales"
