In this thought-provoking talk, Chris Powell, Partner in the Weightmans' transport law team will re-examine the wider role and legal responsibilities of Transport Managers through the prisms of employment law duties, transport regulation, GDPR, health and safety, workplace mental health and more.

Revision of the Transport Manager syllabus

With the content of the Transport Manager CPC syllabus dating from 2009, when the regulations were last amended, is it now time for this fundamental qualification to have a refresh? This session will give Transport Manager attendees the opportunity to offer their views on how the content could be changed in the future.
