The development teams have successfully completed two major developments that have now been released

Licence Checking- The feature benefits from:

• Direct link with DVLA API- no use of other third parties
• Onboarding and licence check results fully integrated in Vision.
• Automatic email and monitoring of driver licence declaration forms.
• Configuration of all licence checking alerts.
• A Licence hub within Vision giving you one place to manage your checks.
• Independent user set up.
• Ability to purchase checking credits through Vision.

What are the Developers Working on?

Checks

This new feature will allow an account to create their own checks. These coould be Walkaround Checks, Gate Exits and well anything really. The template builder gives you the flexibility to build your checks in anyway you like. More information will follow.

Licence Checking- Phase 2

We are starting work on the next phase of licence checking which will include:

• Improvements to the first stage
• Grey Fleet checks
• Fitness to drive
  • Medical Declarations
  • Eyesight Checks
  • Other Work declarations
• Licence checks for Northern Ireland and ROI as soon as the relevant API is available.

What are we releasing?

• Early debrief Report- Added Core/Agency and location to the report
• Updated the shift over 20hrs alert- to pick up results where the shift is up to 18 months long.
• PCN Dashboard- the design has been updated, and the map improved so that PCN's don't show in other countries
