What are we working on?

Fleet

This feature is still on target for release towards the end of the first quarter. This digitised maintenance planner, as well as showing standard event types such as MOT’s will also allow you to create your own event types.

Once scheduled these activities will be displayed on your configurable digital event planner giving you full visibility of what’s been done and what’s due:

Once completed the development will also include a Fleet Hub which will give you one place to view all your Fleet inspection and event results.

Manual entry Templates

This feature is designed to allow those with the role of Advanced editor, Company Admin and Primary Contact to create standard templates of activties that take place away from a vehicle. Templates can be shared between users, Locations or set as a standard template for all users on the account. As examples you might want to create a template for occasional drivers that spend regular periods working in the warehouse or a template for maternaty, paternatity or training days.

Document Storage

The team are getting ready to release this central point to store, upload and manage documents. In addition, you will be able to push out policy documents to employees and monitor sign off through a central page:

As you add your own documents, you will also be able to set your own data retention parameters.

Updates to the Beta Manage My Vehicle page

We are making improvements to the Manage my Vehicle page which include:

• Improvements to the Filters
• Default to show the current week as the last week of data displayed so that the page isn’t empty when opening
• New Total KM’s column showing all those KM’s yet to be assigned
• Add a new Column option for last download date
• Include the comment in the summary section

In addition, the team are updating the Fleet Inspection dashboard to simplify and modernise the views. More to follow.

Reporting

We have added location selection to the Vehicle odometer report:

And an end date to the Driver Activity Breakdown report allowing you to run it for more than 7 days.

Licence Check– we have added a location selector to the policy section of Licence Check to allow new users to roll out the feature in a more controlled manner:

Grey Fleet Checks- We released this additional feature last week which will check not only drivers’ licences but also

• Vehicle insurance check- AI and human checks
• MOT check via DVLA API
• Tax Check via DVLA API

Additionally, you can at your own settings and company policies including:

• Vehicle Age
• Min and Max CC
• Fuel type
• Max mileage
• Driver lower and upper age limit
• CO2 emissions
• Euro Status

User Management- We have updated the process so that, in addition to adding users to schedules the Manage Schedule page, you can now add new users to schedules as they are set up. Please note, users that have not verified their email addresses will not receive reports until they have done so:
