What are we working on?

Fleet

The new Fleet feature is well under way giving users the opportunity to create and manage fleet events through Vision. You will be able to schedule events and manage their completion and will include the ability to upload relevant documentation. Much of the set-up work has been done with work on the front screens now in progress with the aim to deliver in the New Year.

Licence Check- Grey Fleet

Most of the work for this has been completed with just the work to monitor the purchase of Grey Fleet credits in progress. This feature works in conjunction with Licence Checking and allows companies to monitor those drivers who use their own vehicles for business journeys. As a minimum the following will be checked

• MOT
• Insurance- by AI and human to ensure business use is included
• Tax

Grey Fleets Check results and onboarding issues are shown in the Grey Fleet hub and have their own alerts making it easy to identify issues:

Document Storage

Work is progressing well to allow users of Vision to create and upload documents, and to create and upload policies and declarations to distribute to the relevant parties:

You can choose to set up alerts where drivers haven’t signed off or completed actions relating to their declarations and choose to set policies and declarations as reoccurring over specified time frames. More info will follow as we have it:

Updates to Vision

What are we releasing? – Please Note this is our last release this year to comply with our customer requirements

• The drivers reference number can now be included in the Driver Activity Breakdown (CSV Version)
• Creation of a new odometer reading report showing results from driver cards, checks, MOT and inspection reporting. This report can be found under the Management Summary Group of reports 

• We have added another new report to highlight those agency drivers that have unpurchased data within the date range of the report. This is found within the driver reports:

• The Missing Data Dashboard now includes a flag to show active and inactive drivers:

• We have updated the calendars on all the dashboards to give the option to show a date range or the last number of days, weeks or months
