What are we working on?

Fleet

Great progress is being made on this project. Fleet will include the ability to set up any type of Fleet event and enable the user to confirm completion including upload of any related documents. The setup screens to create and schedule events are completed. The team are working on the main screens for viewing events. We are hoping to have a release towards the end of the first quarter of the year.

Licence Check- Grey Fleet- *Launching beginning of February*

As a responsible employer you should ensure that employees that use their own vehicles for business journeys should have a grey fleet check to ensure both drivers and vehicles are legal to drive for business purposes. As a minimum a grey fleet check should include:

• Driver licence check
• Vehicle insurance check
• MOT check
• Tax Check

Vision Grey Fleet Checks incorporate Vision Licence checking as well as checks on all the above using a direct link with the DVLA as well as AI and human checks of insurance documents to ensure that the driver is covered to use their vehicle for business purposes. In addition, you can at your own settings and company policies including:

• Vehicle Age
• Min and Max CC
• Fuel type
• Max mileage
• Driver lower and upper age limit
• CO2 emissions
• Euro Status

Manual Entry Templates

Manual Entry templates are being moved to the Employee setting section in Vision. When completed users will be able to create templates for themselves, specific users or locations or global templates for all users. We hope to see this released early February

Document Storage

Work continues well to allow users of Vision to create, and upload documents This feature allows members to upload their own documents as well as being able to schedule distribution and sign off for the companies’ own declarations and policies. In addition, companies will be able to monitor their storage and manage their own data retention periods:

Updates to the Beta Manage My Vehicle page

We will be starting work to make some improvements to the beta Manage My Vehicle page, most of which have come from customer feedback. Improvements will include:

• Improvements to the Filters
• Default to show the current week as the last week of data displayed so that the page isn’t empty when opening
• New Total KM’s column showing all those KM’s yet to be assigned
• Add a new Column option for last download date
• Include the comment in the summary section

What are we releasing?

Driver Extract

The Driver Extract report on the Manage My Driver Page will now include the drivers Licence details. This will only be available to those with the roles Company Admin or Primary Contact

Checks reporting

The Odometer reading added on completion of the walkaround check will be added to the top of the Walkaround check report
