Driver data not analysed by Logistics UK

As Vision begins to incorporate more services it has become essential to be able to add employees that do not have drivers hours’ analysis carried out by FTA. With this in mind we have added a new field to the following areas:

• Driver Profile
• Add Driver

The default is “activated”. If your employee does not have their drivers hours’ analysis carried out by FTA, click “deactivated”.

When “deactivated” is selected these drivers will not be included in any drivers hours or working time analysis reports or alerts, however they will appear in the DCPC overview and any other “none” tachograph or working time related reports.

You will need the “Drivers Hours “role to be able to edit this information.
