Updating your Driver App

From 31/10/2023 we will no longer be supporting old versions of the Driver App. Our statistics show that most users are on the latest version of the app, but there are some that are not. This means that when we stop the support, those users on Driver App version 2.1.0 or lower, which are more than 2 years old, will no longer be able to log in to the app.

We would encourage all users to check the version number of their Vision Driver app. If they are not on the latest version, which is 2.2.3, they should update it, ensuring they have all the latest features and are operating it from the most secure platform.

How to check the Version Number.

Log in to your app, and click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of your screen:

Select Settings:

The screen will display the version number:

Updating your Vision Diver App

If your Vision Driver App has a version number lower than 2.2.3 go to your app store and search “Vision Driver App”

Once found if there are updates available you will see an update option. Tap it to update your Driver app to the latest version.
