Van Policy

In addition to our Regional and National Councils, which provide members with an opportunity to become actively involved in influencing Logistics UK’s policy agenda, our Van Policy Working Group offers members who use and operate vans, the opportunity to focus, inform and shape Logistics UK’s position on van policy issues.

Members who operate or use vans in the course of their business operations can join this group. The group meets at least three times per year to inform and help direct Logistics UK’s position in responding and influencing policy matters at all levels from local through to national and international authorities and agencies. The group also shapes Logistics UK’s efforts to inform and educate elected representatives and policy makers about van regulation and operations across the supply chain, and provides a forum for discussion on all van policy related activities.

Since it’s inception in 2019, the Van Policy Working Group has produced the following reports:

EV Case Study Report 2019

Van Security Report 2020

Details of the Van Policy Working Group are only available to Logistics UK members. To find out more about all our councils, visit Logistics UK Councils information page.
