Transport Manager CPC - Passenger Transport

Demonstrating 'professional competence' is a fundamental requirement of the operator licensing system. Given the qualification is a 'licence to practice', our aim is to continually strive to improve the pass rate for the benefit of our members and their staff.

This course will prepare you for the qualification and will be of interest to aspiring transport managers and supervisors.

Drivers’ hours and working time
Record keeping
Maintenance and vehicle operations
Financial management and costings
People management and employment legislation
Health and safety and insurance
Environmental (site and vehicle)
International operations
Documentation, information and communication

Course duration

8 days (Tuesday to Friday for two consecutive weeks).

All holders of Standard National or International operator licences are required to be professionally competent, or employ someone who is professionally competent. An effective way of demonstrating this is to hold a Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) – Passenger Transport. This course will prepare you for the qualification and will be of interest to aspiring transport managers, supervisors or anyone who is nominated on a Standard National or International operator licence.
