Health and Wellbeing

This modular course has been designed in partnership with National Highways, to support the logistics industry and considers the similarities between a professional driver and a professional athlete – both must consider the importance of their health and wellbeing in their job role.

  • Highlight the importance of wellbeing for the professional driver.
  • Diet and nutrition – you are what you eat.
  • Viewing strategies and visual performance.
  • Fatigue and sleep routines.
  • Mental Health and manging emotions.

Course duration 

  • Haly day (3.5 hours in duration and will be combined with another half day module.)
