The Logistics UK’s Member Advice Centre (MAC) is a knowledge hub freely accessible to Logistics UK members. Our team consists of experienced transport professionals able to advise on all aspects of transport legislation and operations, including drivers’ hours, operator licensing and dangerous goods.
The MAC is connected to Logistics UK’s wider Policy and Operational teams, ensuring they have the latest information from legislative developments to changing interpretations and practices within the industry.
Logistics is one of the UK’s most regulated industries, there are no silly questions when it comes to staying compliant, our team will understand and know how to help. See Member Advice Centre FAQs for examples of questions.
Not a problem, check out our Compliance and Advice area online. This is packed with detailed information including sections of our highly regarded ‘logistics bible’ The Yearbook of Road Transport Law which the MAC updates. We also run free monthly Member Briefings on various related topics to help you stay ahead and up to date.
The MAC is open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday. Give us a call on 0370 605 0000 or email us at mac@logistics.org.uk.
