Innovation Working Group’s first meeting

Logistics UK’s new Innovation Working Group will meet for the first time on 8 November from 9:30am–11:30am at 18 Smith Square, London, with Logistics UK scheduled to host this working group two-to-three times per year. The aim of the group is to: 

  • Support logistics businesses through the innovation journey and identify opportunities and challenges for using innovation to deliver strategic efficiencies for logistics.   

  • Help the logistics sector get ready to implement cutting-edge innovations.   

  • Identify and capitalise on funding and other opportunities to support innovation adoption and implementation in the sector.   

Attendees will be joined by guest speakers from the Connected Places Catapult, ZENZIC and DVSA, to discuss how we businesses from across the sector can work together and share best practice to innovate across industry. 

Attendees will also discuss new research by Logistics UK on how businesses in the logistics sector regard innovation, their top priorities and challenges.
