Last chance to book for Logistics UK’s hugely popular Transport Manager Conferences

With just three live events – in London, Wales and Coventry – and one virtual event left in Logistics UK’s Transport Manager 2022 conference series, anyone wishing to attend is being advised to sign up as soon as possible to ensure their place and keep their compliance knowledge up to date.

Over 1,500 delegates have already attended or booked to attend this year’s series of conferences, which is sponsored by Brigade Electronics.

Logistics UK is delighted to have secured the involvement of the Traffic Commissioners for the whole series of events, both virtual and live, which will also include the Transport Manager calendar, a compliance update, and sessions on vehicle in-service standards, managing safety technology, driving down the cost of your fleet insurance, technology and the balance of risk, and preparing your fleet for electrification.

Chris Yarsley, Logistics UK’s Road Freight Regulation Policy Manager, said: “Compliance is vital in the logistics industry and these conferences enable busy transport managers to stay up-to-date with ever-changing legislation and best practice advice, giving them the opportunity to hear from senior figures in the industry and have their questions answered.”

The Transport Manager 2022 conference series is also sponsored by WTW and Weightmans and supported by VARTA Batteries by Clarios.

The price for Logistics UK members is £295 plus VAT for the first delegate and £265 plus VAT for subsequent delegates; for non-Logistics UK members the cost is £395 plus VAT for the first delegate and £365 plus VAT for subsequent delegates.

The remaining conferences in the series are:

11 November – Virtual event

17 November – London

24 November – Wales

1 December – Coventry
