Annual General Meeting 2021
Notice is hereby that the Annual General Meeting of Logistics UK (the trading name of Freight Transport Association Limited) will be held as a webinar via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 6 May 2021.
The AGM will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:
1 Annual Report & Accounts
To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, including the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors and the Auditor therein.
2 Auditors
To reappoint Moore Kingston Smith LLP as Auditors and authorise the Directors to determine their renumeration.
3 Other Business
To deal with any other business admitted by the Chairman.
