A brand-new event for 2023, Logistics UK’s Urban Logistics and Vans Forum is offering the chance for anyone operating in vehicle logistics to network and gain invaluable advice and insights from leading industry enterprises – without having to pay a penny.

In small groups, delegates will receive a short presentation from each expert and have the opportunity to ask questions. Current sessions for discussion include:

In brief

HGV Road User Levy rates – revised V149

As announced at the Spring Budget on 15 March 2023, a reformed HGV Road User Levy is being introduced on 1 August 2023.

The revised HGV Levy, based on environmental performance, will take account of:

  • Vehicle weight (as an approximate proxy for CO2 emissions).
  • Pollutants, as indicated by the vehicle’s Euro Status class.

It will have six bands (three main bands, each divided into two Euro Status class bands).
