Megan oversees the financial operations of the business. This involves handling various financial tasks, such as invoicing brokers and candidates for training, ensuring payments are received prior to the commencement of training, actively pursuing outstanding payments, reviewing and processing refunds, and managing the payment of all outstanding bills.
To be eligible for this role, Megan needed a minimum of five GCSE qualifications. After leaving school at 16, she discovered this role through the Indeed job site.
