Generation Logistics Week - it's not too late to get involved!

Tomorrow, Friday 27 June marks the last day of Generation Logistics Week and members still have time to help get young people involved in logistics.

Please encourage all your contacts and in particular the young people that they know to follow the campaign on social media (on whichever is their platform of choice) @generationlogistics to keep up to date with the latest activities and plans. Please also share the campaign’s posts across your own social media feeds.

There is a dedicated, downloadable resource library of KS3 to KS5 curriculum-relevant materials available for teachers and careers advisers here. Feel free to pass the details on to any educators that you know.

And the campaign’s Virtual Work Experience platform is now live here: https://glw2025.exhibition.app/. The online event is packed with information about the diverse and exciting roles on offer across the industry, offering interactive exhibition booths, videos featuring real life career stories and packed with information about the sector, whether the viewer is in the classroom, at home or on the move.

Again, please pass the details on to any young people or educators who you think might be interested in a logistics career, as relevant work experience makes candidates more likely to consider a career in our sector and increases their chances of gaining employment.
