‘CNS Enterprise’ will revolutionise their customers end-to-end customs, logistics, and CRM processes using a single, online solution.

Leading digital trade solutions provider Community Network Services (CNS) and SeaRates, a fellow DP World company, have launched a new system, CNS Enterprise, to enable businesses to manage their shipping and cargo processes on a single cloud-based platform. By combining a powerful ERP (powered by SeaRates) with CNS’ suite of customs products, CNS has changed the landscape of customs technology.

CNS Enterprise will be available for customers at the end of October, providing a variety of integrated services to enable them to better manage their end-to-end supply chain workflows.

Incorporating the hugely successful Customs Declarations Management Software, Safety & Security, Pre-Lodgement and Port Community into its overall offering, CNS Enterprise will also provide a CRM to enhance sales capabilities, quotations, contracts, billing & invoicing for efficiency, shipments & tracking for visibility and analytics & insights for business/commercial planning.

The platform will facilitate digital freight forwarding across air, land and sea, offering customers direct booking to major carriers, as well as real-time updates on sailing schedules and all freight movement milestones.

CNS Enterprise is a cost-effective, competitively priced, single online solution specifically designed for the logistics and freight forwarding industry. It aims to address the unique needs and challenges logistics companies face in managing their costs by integrating essential functionalities like customs management, freight forwarding, and financial management within a single, integrated platform.

Matthew Bradley, Managing Director, CNS said: “We’re delighted to partner with SeaRates ERP to launch CNS Enterprise, designed to be a single home for our customers to make their cargo journeys more seamless and accessible. Sitting alongside our customs declarations and port community systems, CNS Enterprise will give our customers a genuine competitive advantage in an uncertain market, ensuring their supply chain journey is smoother and easier to manage.”

In a time when the pressure to manage costs, maintain reliability, and improve speed has never been greater for businesses, CNS Enterprise equips vendors of all sizes with the tools needed to efficiently manage cargo transportation from source to destination. CNS Enterprise empowers customers to take control of their entire supply chain.

Here is a further breakdown of CNS Enterprises’ key benefits:

  • Strategic cost efficiency, unprecedented cost savings can be made by automating key functions, reducing the need for manual oversight, and leveraging real-time analytics and insights.
  • Operational enhancement, by accessing total visibility customers will optimise business processes and gain real-time shipment monitoring, centralising crucial data and protocols.
  • Unified business operations, CNS Enterprise will allow customers to achieve seamless collaboration across customers, agents, carriers, and customs agencies, synchronising operations and offering a centralised hub for efficient data sharing and enhanced financial management, whilst remaining tax compliant.
  • End-to-End integration, CNS Enterprise provides a versatile cloud solution, integrating Air/Sea/Land logistics with customisable operational and billing support.

CNS Enterprise is supported by the stellar CNS service desk, which boasts a team of technical experts available 24/7, in multiple languages, available for customers in a wide range of territories. The exceptional customer experience delivers prompt, reliable support that consistently delivers above industry standard levels of service, to ensure smooth operations for customers.

The launch of CNS Enterprise follows CNS’ integration with CCS UK in February earlier this year, enhancing its customs management system by connecting its UK air cargo system with its ports management system.

In a sector of complexities, CNS continues to provide technology that lives up to its tagline of Simpler Smarter Trading.
