Logistics UK makes big impact at Multimodal 2024

It was impossible to miss Logistics UK at Multimodal this week with our conference theatre and stand taking up a sizeable proportion of the exhibition floor.

With our members spanning road, rail, sea, and air, Multimodal is always a key exhibition for us and a great opportunity to catch up with existing members while highlighting to non-members the support we offer.

Multimodal is the UK's biggest logistics expo and brings together cargo owners, shippers, and other supply chain professionals, giving attendees and exhibitors a space to innovate, connect and make logistics more sustainable.

The Logistics UK Conference Theatre was the place to be and over the three days, hundreds of delegates met with key industry stakeholders and discussed the key trends and developments in the industry courtesy of for key note speeches and panel discussions.

Logistics UK also launched its annual Logistics Report with our comprehensive reference publication provides an overview of issues affecting logistics as well as the results of our latest members’ survey.

And if the week wasn’t busy enough, we also had the honour of welcoming HRH The Princess Royal to our Logistics UK stand when she visited the show.

Her Royal Highness spoke to Logistics UK's President Philip Roe and colleagues about industry initiative Generation Logistics, apprenticeships and driver training, all vital in attracting the next generation of logistics professionals to pursue a career in our sector. Her Royal Highness visited the show today in her capacity as Patron of Transaid, the international development charity and CILT (UK).
