Demystifying Rail Freight workshop 27 February


Jointly hosted by Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT) and Logistics UK, Demystifying Rail Freight is a workshop aimed at simplifying the rail freight industry for new entrants, helping them to overcome any perceived barriers to entry.

The workshop offers a holistic understanding of the rail freight system, technological innovations and breaks down the intricacies of rail transportation. Its aim is to equip participants with a foundational understanding of the rail freight ecosystem to support the movement of goods onto rail.

Through interactive discussions, case studies and networking opportunities, as well as industry experts sharing best practice for navigating entry barriers, the workshop will equip new entrants with the knowledge and confidence needed to embark on their journey into rail freight.

The agenda will include an overview of the rail freight landscape from GBRTT and breakout sessions.
