Logistics UK AGM, Thursday 6 June 2024


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Logistics UK (the trading name of Freight Transport Association Limited) will be held at the offices of SMMT, 71 Great Peter Street, London SW1P 2BN at 09:00, 6 June 2024.

The AGM will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1 Annual Report & Accounts

To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, including the Strategic Report and the Report of the Directors and the Auditor therein.

A copy of the Report and Accounts is available on request from lgardiner@logistics.org.uk.

2 Auditors
To reappoint Moore Kingston Smith LLP as Auditors and authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.

3 Other Business
To deal with any other business admitted by the Chairman.
