Winter emergency exemptions - Ask The MAC fact sheet available now


As the nights are closing in and the temperatures start to drop, operators of winter maintenance vehicles need to start planning for the snow and ice. In some cases, not everything can be planned

These instances could be classed as emergencies. Logistics UK have produced a briefing note that provides guidance on how the emergency exemption under Domestic Legislation could be used.
