Operator’s guidance on Vehicle Safety Defects and Recalls Briefing Note


With vehicle safety at the forefront of operators’ minds, the rise in safety defects and recalls is becoming a greater risk to operations.

The process of managing these recalls can become challenging. Logistics UK has produced a briefing note to help operators understand the current process for identifying and dealing with vehicle safety defects and the rectification actions required when a safety recall is initiated.
