Proposed reforms to the National Planning Policy Framework and other changes to the planning system

"This consultation sought views on our proposed approach to revising the NPPF. It also seeks views on a series of wider national planning policy reforms.

Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) Consultation – Changing the exhaust emissions test for light vehicles with a modern diesel engine

 

This consultation sought views on a proposal to change the annual roadworthiness test (MOT test) by introducing an alternative exhaust emissions test for cars and light goods vehicles registered from January 2013 and fitted with a modern diesel engine. Released 24/07/2024 - closed 18/09/2024.

 

HMT - Autumn Budget 2024 / Spending Review - Stakeholder Representation

A representation to Autumn Budget 2024 and/or the Spending Review is a written submission from an interest group, individual, Member of Parliament or representative body to HM Treasury with the aim of commenting on government policy and suggesting new policy ideas to be considered in the upcoming Budget. ICBC - Call for evidence: An inspection of the Border Force operation to deter and detect clandestine entrants to the UK

 

The ICIBI invited anyone with knowledge and experience of clandestine entry to the UK by vehicle or freight to submit evidence for the inspection. Released 22/08/2024 - closed 06/09/2024.
